Justin joined Fratarcangeli Wealth Management in 2017 and has become an integral member of the firm’s leadership team. With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, he brings a unique combination of analytical expertise, creative strategy, and client-focused leadership to every aspect of his work.

In his role, Justin leads several strategic initiatives, including overseeing Fratarcangeli Wealth Management’s marketing video production through his approved media business, managing data analysis to improve operational efficiency, and heading the Athlete & Entertainment Division—with our firm helping to provide tailored financial guidance for high-profile clients and collegiate athletes.

He works closely with our Managing Principal to advance the firm’s business planning and organizational strategy. Justin’s commitment to excellence, innovative problem-solving, and deep understanding of portfolio analysis and relationship management have made him a trusted mentor and resource for both colleagues and clients. He had played a key role in delivering retirement plan education, training new team members, and creating comprehensive team resources that strengthen the firm’s foundation.

Beyond his professional achievements, Justin remains dedicated to community involvement and philanthropy. He continues to use his creative background—through his production company, music, and abstract art—to support the firm’s marketing efforts and pursue meaningful projects outside the office.
