Meredith Brown

As Chief of Staff at Fratarcangeli Wealth Management, Meredith works closely with firm leadership to advance strategic priorities and support the firm's continued growth. She helps translate the firm's vision into action, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring alignment between leadership priorities and day-to-day execution across the organization.
Prior to joining Fratarcangeli Wealth Management, Meredith held roles across financial services, financial analysis, and business operations. Her experience includes supporting NASA's Exploration and Space Communications organization in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and resource management. Earlier in her career, she gained industry experience with Morgan Stanley and State Farm. Meredith graduated from Harvard University in 2018 with a degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and Evolutionary Psychology with a secondary in Economics.
An Annapolis, Maryland native, Meredith grew up on the water and still loves spending time there whenever she can. She is close with her family and values the relationships that keep her grounded outside of work. Meredith brings that same sense of connection and care to her role at FWM, where she's passionate about building the structure and alignment that let the firm and its people perform at their best.
