Cindy joined the FWM Team in August 2016, bringing over 32 years of expertise across multiple facets of high-net-worth financial services. As Chief Operating Officer, Cindy plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, employee development, and fostering the team’s elite culture. Her commitment to high standards and innovative processes aligns seamlessly with the vision of our Founding Principal. Throughout her tenure, Cindy has been instrumental in the firm’s growth, contributing to critical areas such as risk supervision, marketing strategy, charitable initiatives, and retirement planning. She has built a reputation for her “brick-by-brick” approach, methodically enhancing the firm’s infrastructure while providing unparalleled service to clients. As a Senior Registered Relationship Manager, she prioritizes building strong client relationships, conducting in-depth reviews of their allocations, goals, and performance to deliver tailored, strategic solutions.
In her free time, Cindy enjoys traveling abroad with her husband, David, gardening, and hiking. Mostly, she cherishes her role as mom and friend to their three successful adult children.
