Christopher Salerno

Chris joined the Fratarcangeli Wealth Management (FWM) Group in 2015. Beforehand, he worked on an equity trading team at Deutsche Bank for almost five years, where he was formally recognized for providing exceptional client service. Currently, he serves as Vice President of FWM, where he provides oversight of the advisory group, as well as acts as a Senior Relationship Manager. Chris is charged with providing comprehensive financial guidance to FWM’s high net worth client’s including retirement plan analysis, investment planning, portfolio optimization, and risk mitigation.
Chris graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in finance and real estate from Florida State University. Then, he completed a Master’s of Corporate Finance degree from SDA Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. After completing this degree, he pursued a second master’s degree at Fordham University, a Master of Science in Global Finance, where he was awarded a scholarship based on his academic and professional achievements from the NASDAQ OMX Educational Foundation. At Fordham, he gained the latest insights from Wall Street in a global context. This program advanced his in-depth knowledge of international finance, as well as the complex financial, governmental, and ethical issues facing multinational corporations in a world of interconnected markets. To round out his knowledge, Chris received his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) training from Northwestern University.
Furthermore, he serves as a board member of The Broward County Film Society which hosts Fort Lauderdale’s International Film Festival. This role allows Chris to further his passion of bringing people together through cinema to educate, relate, and empower others. In his free time, he enjoys mentoring young adults, fitness and nutrition, and attending sporting events.
